  Front Desk Staff is only friendly when they don't have to work. Manager of the officer never follows through with anything she says she'll do. Love the orthodontist am trying to hang in there to finish my daughters braces but have taken my business for everything routine else where for me and my family. We have been patients for a number of years but I refuse to give businesses my money that refuse to be kind and at the least do their jobs. Staff changes has really hurt the business. Used to really like this place.
