  Technician worked on our HVAC unit and stated that he needed to get a part in order to fix it. 12 days later we are still waiting.... Called the company a week into it and they said they would check with the technician and get back to us (Thursday). Left a message on Saturday, still no response. This is not the first time they have done this to us.
