  Their pho broth is delicious, flavorful and well balanced. I've liked all the food I've tried here. It's always fresh. Yes the service stinks. I feel like that's to be expected though. If you have low expectations on service for delicious food you won't be that disappointed. Everyone just get over yourself and enjoy the food. Appreciate it for what it is. You're in Castle Rock CO at a strip mall Pho joint. Or just get take out. That's what we do. It's either that or go somewhere else in town that's far more disappointing with uncomfortably friendly service and food that tries too hard to be something it's not. Here, it's consistently delicious and the service consistently stinks. You know what you're getting every time.
